FRESH THYME MARKET
Fresh Thyme launched a new website where I acted as the design lead during the development and execution. This involved learning the new hosting platform and how to author pages with the tools and components available through the site platform. Next steps were to develop a creative content strategy that supported our e-commerce goals to drive sales, support promotions, reinforce brand values, and improve the user experience. We achieved this through a variety of shoppable tactics that curated products to align with the marketing campaign calendar. This creates a shopping experience that inspires new basket additions as well as reinforcing traditional selections. Post-launch I remained the creative owner of the site authoring weekly homepage updates and unique landing pages. Also implementing a strategic “homepage takeover” for our tier 1 holidays/campaigns. The takeover implies that all content and added digital assets would follow the campaign’s style guide helping the page to stand out compared to other weeks and celebrate the program.
